Remote services, not shipped products
The services in this shop are remote BMW and MINI coding, diagnostics or activation services. No physical item is shipped unless we expressly agree otherwise. Contact us before purchasing so that we can confirm vehicle compatibility and scope.
Consumer cancellation
If you buy as a consumer and a statutory cooling-off right applies, you normally have 14 days from concluding the service contract to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email navisale2@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.
Starting work within 14 days
We will only start within the cancellation period if you expressly request this. If you cancel after an expressly requested start, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. Your cancellation right is lost only after the service has been fully performed, where you gave prior express consent to the early start and acknowledged that consequence. We will obtain that request and acknowledgement before the session where applicable.
If we cannot provide the agreed service
Do not pay before compatibility is confirmed. If we determine that we cannot deliver your purchased service, we will contact you to resolve the order, including a refund for work that cannot be supplied. Please contact us if the service has a fault or does not match what was agreed. Your statutory rights and remedies are not excluded by this policy.
Refund method and timing
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will make it without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Payment-provider processing time may affect when funds appear in your account.
Appointments and changes
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will agree a new appointment with you. Estimated durations are not guaranteed completion times. No blanket “non-refundable” rule overrides consumer rights.
