Website security and proportionate dispute handling rely on legitimate interests. Optional analytics and marketing cookies require your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives data?

Data is handled by the providers needed to run our website and deliver services, including Hostinger hosting, our payment provider PayPal and our communication providers. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that communication under its own privacy terms. Google receives analytics data only when you consent. Visiting eBay takes you to a separate service with its own policy. We do not sell your personal data.

For a remote session, we will agree the access tool with you. Close unrelated files, do not share passwords, stay available during the session and disconnect access afterwards. We use the access to carry out the agreed vehicle work.

International processing

Some providers may process data outside the EEA or UK. Where required, applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses govern those transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your service.

How long is data kept?

We retain information only for the enquiry, agreed service, reasonable support and dispute handling, and any accounting or other statutory retention obligations. We review information when it is no longer needed. Cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact navisale2@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), or your relevant local supervisory authority, including the ICO in the UK.
